MISSION STATEMENT:

A negative thought pattern can be a hindrance for many of us. Our families, homes and the communities we live in are so very important to each of us.
This Christian-based organization is geared toward motivating individuals to formulate strategies for key leadership roles.

Rev. Jones has served communities by encouraging people who seeking improvement in their life through advising clients of lifestyle change. She has worked with individuals that have held onto past hurts; few would admit to feelings of pain, dismay or confusion. She denoted much of her past volunteer work to assisting individuals in search of advancing their vocational training. Jones has also offered training to displaced victims as well as provided support to indigent patients and their families. She has provided assistance to paralegal staff as a county support staff member by volunteering her time as an aide to young children during custodial court sessions.

As a mentor and community educator, Jones and staff members provide services to impoverished neighborhoods and supply useful resources in local workshops to many people.  “One of our most productive contributions to individuals and business owners is to provide leadership workshops to help stimulate community development. We are able to meet the needs in communities through servicemen and donations from a number of sources. Faith in God and perseverance in following His daily direction is truly a test.  When we become skilled to empower others the gratification is indescribable because God purposes success for everyone’s life. We are blessed through God's unmerited favor (Titus 2:11-15 ).”
