MISSION STATEMENT:

A negative thought pattern can be a hindrance for many of us. Our families, homes and the communities we live in are so very important to each of us.

This Christian-based organization is geared toward motivating individuals to formulate strategies for key leadership roles.

In my Christian walk, I have developed methods to encourage people who are looking for scholastic improvement and address concerns for a better way of living. Often many clients have held onto past hurts, few would admit to feelings of pain, dismay or confusion. Faith in God and perseverance in following His daily direction is truly a test. When we become skilled to empower others the gratification is indescribable. We are blessed through God's unmerited favor (Titus 2:11-15 ). As an ordained minister, I have been able to provide direction for individuals and advise them of so many opportunities.

I volunteered for city facilities, assisted displace victims of Hurricane Katrina and hospice agencies in helping indigent patients and their families. Also, I volunteered as a county support staff to assist young children during custodial court sessions. There are a number of businesses with a high volume of turn over. As a human resource coordinator, I chaired as a panel member for a hospice facility in the DFW Metroplex. My main objecective in servicing the organization was staff retention and enhacing the moral.

As a trainer and community educator, my staff and I coordinate events in impoverished neighborhoods and supply useful resources in order to meet the needs of many, many people. One of our most productive contributions to individuals and business owners is to provide leadership workshops to help stimulate community development. Our outreach organization has generated great results over the years.
