In my Christian walk, I have served communities by encouraging people who are looking for scholastic improvement and address concerns for a better way of living. Often many clients have held onto past hurts, few would admit to feelings of pain, dismay or confusion. Faith in God and perseverance in following His daily direction is truly a test. When we become skilled to empower others the gratification is indescribable. We are blessed through God's unmerited favor (Titus 2:11-15 ). As an ordained minister, I have been able to provide direction for individuals and advise them of so many opportunities.
I denote much of my past volunteer work has been dedicated to assisting individuals in search of advancing their vocational training. I have offered training to displaced victims as well as provided support to indigent patients and their families. Also, I have provided assistance as a county support staff to aide young children during custodial court sessions. As challenging as our economy is today, I find that there are still a number of businesses with a high volume of turn over. As a human resource coordinator, I chaired as a panel member for a hospice facility in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. In my training in the role of a business director for a number of years, I have managed to present to others methods of concept development through:
o Informative life’s skills assessments
o Educational reference presentations
o Implementing and executing necessary curriculum and resource disciplines
o Family consultations and Ministry consultations
As a mentor and community educator, my staff and I apply our consulting services coordinating events in impoverished neighborhoods and supply useful resources in order to meet the needs of many, many people. One of our most productive contributions to individuals and business owners is to provide leadership workshops to help stimulate community development. Our consultants posses a range of knowledge, theoretical and practical; in compassion, good faith allowing us to address various concerns.
